I am pleased to inform you that by the Grace of Almighty Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala), PPW managed to raise AED 28,000/- for the medical treatment / financial support of Mr. Mohammad Jamil Khan, who was working as reporter with The Gulf Today daily English newspaper. Mr. Jamil was paralyzed after a stroke and remained in comma for about 12 days but has been recovering slowly since then.

I want to express my appreciation for your generosity in financial support of Mr. Jamil Khan (Journalist, The Gulf Today). Your personal commitment was incredibly helpful and allowed us to reach our goal.

In our Executive Committee meeting, a cheque of AED 28,000/- was handed over to Mr. Ashfaq Ahmed, President Pakistan Journalist Forum UAE for onward payment to Mr. Jamil Khan. (Photograph attached)
